Christmas Scene
At last, 2020 is heading to an end and the best thing about the year ending is that Christmas is coming and boy don’t we all need something to cheer us up.. 
The Egg Machine is already stocking mince pies and fruit cakes and will have a range of products to help you celebrate Christmas in style. You will be able to order all manner of things through the website from Kentish Cheeseboards and cookies to pigs in blankets and Christmas cakes. 
For this year we would point our customers towards Foodari to supply all your Christmas fruit and veg needs and they can deliver to your door. If you get in quick, they should be able to find you a succulent local turkey too. 
We have been busy at the Egg Machine and have brought back the famous sausage rolls and I have been working on a vegan sausage roll filling. I have to say that as an avid carnivore I have had a lot of fun designing something that I would be happy eating as I often think that the meat free options are pretty poor quality. Our filling is packed full of tasty vegetables and pulses and will be ready for a New Year launch. 
Kentish Honey Roast Ham is coming back into stock next week and the home-made bacon is taking on a new winter flavour, I think you will like it. 
We have a new flock of hens that are just about to start laying eggs and for the first few weeks they lay small eggs. In readiness I have been pickling eggs and experimenting with Beetroot pickled eggs and curried pickled eggs, infusing them with beetroot and turmeric, makes mother natures original superfood a super-duper food! The first ones will be available just in time for Christmas.
